How did the history of Ploomes begin

In 2013, Matheus Pagani, Vinícius Sampaio, and Tiago Pagani noticed how the CRM market was growing fast, but there was still no solution that would solve the companies' main problem: the engagement of the sales team with the platform.



Based on this need, Matheus, Vinícius and Tiago set up, over 2 years, what would become the basis of what is today the Ploomes CRM.

Officially launched in 2015, Ploomes boosted the company's growth, which grew to become the largest CRM company in Latin America, with more than 3,000 clients, such as Philips, Unimed, Lockton and Grupo Vamos, and was present in more than 10 countries.

In 2022, another important milestone: Sankhya, one of the largest ERP companies in Brazil, becomes a majority partner of Ploomes, further accelerating its expansion and capacity for technological and strategic innovation.
