Integra.Sky: Ploomes signs partnership with Sky.One to facilitate integration between CRM and ERP

Ploomes, the largest CRM company in Latin America, and Sky.One, a company specialized in the development of technological platforms for the digital evolution of companies, come together in a partnership to offer greater security and agility in customer service.

Through the platform Integra.Sky, Ploomes will facilitate the integration of its CRM system with the TOTVS Protheus ERP platform.

With this new partnership, it will be possible to synchronize all the data of people, companies, proposals, billing and inventory held by the company quickly, simply and with a smaller budget.

This is because Integra.Sky creates an interface that facilitates integration with ERP, allowing it to be done in a plug and play way. In other words, it's much easier and more practical than creating an integration project from scratch.

For the CEO of Ploomes, Matheus Pagani, the integration will enable higher quality customer service.

“We started to carry out an integration internally, but that's not our core business. Therefore, the demand for the development of integrations allocated a lot of time and internal resources, taking the team's focus away from the development and continuous improvement of our software,” he said.

“The project led by Sky.One enabled us to offer our services with more agility and assertiveness to our clients. We increased our conversion rate, began to provide a more affordable service and allocated the team to continue improving our product,” added Pagani.

The next steps of the partnership involve expanding integration with other ERPs in the market.
