For Ploomes, the year began with great ambitions and a bold goal to nearly triple the size of the company. With the start of the pandemic, plans changed. With the beginning of isolation, the adoption of technology was inevitable for companies and everyone was able to realize the importance of automating processes, and this certainly includes CRM.

For this reason, we remain firm and positioned to bring success to the client, especially for medium-sized companies, since the sector, in general, lacks the use of tools for the organization, automation and monitoring of its processes.

Our expectation is that, with the growth of the product team, Ploomes will grow considerably and contribute to achieving the goal of selling more and serving better. After all, we need people to deliver what we promise to our customers.
