FEA students from Ribeirão Preto present business case about Ploomes

What is the best position for a solution that features CRM, workflow, CPQ, document automation, task management, and data analysis functionalities? This was the dilemma proposed for the 4th edition of the Business Week at the Ribeirão Preto School of Economics, Management and Accounting.

Based on the characteristics of the solution offered by Ploomes, FEA-RP students should propose new ways to present the Ploomes platform to the market. There were nine teams made up of university students from various degrees related to the business area who had one week to carry out their analyses and present them to a group of judges from the FEA of Ribeirão Preto and executives from Ploomes.

Matheus Pagani, CEO of Ploomes and one of the SEFEA judges this year commented on his participation in the competition: “It's a great opportunity to participate in SEFEA. When we designed the product for the first time I was studying engineering, having to reconcile my college with the dream of founding my own business. I hope that, having contact with everything we have achieved so far, participants will be able to see not only solutions to a market problem, but also what is necessary to undertake in the midst of an extremely competitive segment”.

As a way of rewarding the winners of the challenge proposed by Ploomes, the winning groups received cash prizes in addition, of course, to the certificate of participation with the classification achieved.

The main criteria used by the judges in the award were: originality (how innovative the solution was); comprehensiveness (number of issues covered by the solution); cohesion (how consistent were the issues addressed); depth (what was the level of research dedicated by the team) and applicability (plausibility of the implementation of the proposed solutions).
