Ploomes University launched this Monday, 13/06, New Ploomes use cases section to assist in the use of all CRM features. The goal is to make Ploomes customers get the most out of the platform.
Use cases were launched for the Analytics, Emails, Workflow, Customer Products, CPQ, Customers, ID modules. Visual in Poomes and External Forms. There are six hours of new materials to give customers more autonomy when using Ploomes.
“After some analysis, we realized that many of our clients don't understand the extent of possibilities that Ploomes offers. With that in mind, the use cases were created, which in turn have a very simple objective: to demonstrate to our clients the real power of the tool in a practical way and empower them to use Ploomes in the best possible way,” said Lucas Ramos, CS Ops at Ploomes.
The cases of each of the modules have demonstration videos, configuration and even practical examples.
