Ploomes reaches the mark of 100 employees during the pandemic

Since the pandemic arrived in early 2020, the market has undergone numerous adaptations and many companies have had to freeze their hiring processes. At Ploomes the path was the other way around.

At the beginning of 2021, we reached the number of 100 new employees, with hires for the most diverse areas of the company. After all, for Ploomes, this pillar is fundamental to guarantee the company's sustainable growth.

Larissa Galli, from the Human Resources department, points out that it's no wonder that “exceptional people” is one of Ploomes' values. “One of the drivers of the company's success is a culture focused on people, combined with excellent technology.”

With investments in our product, it was necessary to expand the team and around 70 new collaborators were hired to do so. To support this more robust operation, consequently, the other areas also needed reinforcements. From the marketing team, sales, customer success, to support, services, and deployment, many new collaborators arrived to make up the team.

For the coming months, the company's goal is to continue investing in hiring new employees and ensuring the company's growth, as well as an increasingly satisfactory performance to serve our clients well.
