Ploomes, the largest CRM company in Latin America in terms of revenue, once again achieved its highest quarterly sales result. Now, the company already has nearly two thousand customers in its base.
“We had an excellent first semester. I believe that our results are the result of an area mentality that focuses on continuous improvement. When we reach a record, the feeling that we have achieved a goal is quickly replaced by the feeling that, of course, we have been able to go further”, comments Octavio Garbi, head of revenue at Ploomes.
“In addition to the sales team, we recognize the importance of the work done by our after-sales and product teams, which brought fundamental launches and a continuous improvement of our NPS, making it possible to create more success stories such as the recently published Moura Group,” added Garbi.
As Ploomes' objective is to continue accelerating growth, the next quarters are expected to set new records. To this end, Ploomes maintains its investments in development:
“We intend to expand the needs currently met by our platform. We will integrate it with the main communication tools (telephone and Whatsapp), prepare it to work with high volumes of data and allow our current functionalities to meet increasingly complex use cases,” said Matheus Pagani, CEO of Ploomes.
“In addition, we will focus on improvements that will offer a better experience to our customers, from their first interaction with Ploomes during the testing period, to its implementation and daily use,” concluded Pagani.
