Ready for another update on the Ploomes news? In the month of October, the focus was on our mobile app!

You'll have access to a new Check-in and Check-out, usability improvements in offline mode, and translation of the app into Spanish! Everything designed to increase efficiency and user experience. In addition, the integration with Sankhya's ERP is even more complete.

Check-in and Check-Out (App)

The new Check-in and Check-out of the Ploomes App was developed with the purpose of renewing the way to register visits to the app. Now, users will be able to count on several new features that allow them to check in and check out quickly and intuitively.

Benefits

  • Greater Control and Flexibility: now the account can define the coverage radius for check-in, ensuring more flexibility to customize visits according to the needs of each customer.
  • Real-Time Tracking: with the live notification, you can track the duration of visits in real time on your lock screen, and for IOS users, starting with the 14 pro model, on Dynamic Island.
  • Convenience: it is possible to minimize the registration screen of the visit and continue browsing the app, allowing the visit to continue in progress in the background.
  • Record your Offline Visits: Check-in/Check-out while Offline Mode is active, and record your visits even if you don't have an internet connection.

How to use?

  • Go to the App Store or Play Store
  • Perform the requested update so that your app is at version: 5.0.0

NOTE: If your device is already configured to receive automatic updates, just make sure you're on the most recent update in your device store.

Spanish translation (App)

The app is now ready to serve international customers even better!

The interface has been fully adapted to facilitate use in the Spanish language, providing a more intuitive and pleasant experience. Ploomes is increasingly global!

Offline usability improvements (App)

The Offline Mode Improvements are intended to improve the user experience when using the app offline.

These improvements include the implementation of clearer and more immediate feedback, such as confirmation messages and visual indicators, ensuring that the user understands what is happening during offline operations.

 

The focus is on increasing usability, ensuring that actions performed in offline mode are well communicated and synchronized correctly as soon as the connection is re-established.

Receipt Filter in Sankhya Integration

It is now possible to perform receipt filters in the Sankhya integration based on the fields of the integrated entities.

Benefits

  • Flexibility: It's now much easier to determine what Sankhya information to bring to Ploomes, as all the filterable attributes of the integrated Sankhya entities are available as a filter.
  • Data quality: with the possibility of better delimiting the filters, we prevent the integration from working with data that is not of interest to Ploomes.
  • Processing time: allows us to increase the filter rules, avoiding the burden of unnecessary data, thus bringing better performance when processing the integration.

How to use

On the integration and field mapping configuration screen, in each section there is the possibility of adding fields to the receipt filter. Just list the available filter fields for the entity being configured and select the desired filter condition.

The new functionality is available to all customers using the Sankhya Plug and Play integration.

Fast field creation by mapping the Sankhya integration

It is now possible to create a field in Ploomes directly through the integration and field mapping configuration screen.

Benefits

  • Agility: mapping fields in the integration is now much more agile, as it is possible to create Ploomes fields that will be used by the integration directly on the mapping screen. That is, it is not necessary to open a new window to carry out this creation. Map from start to finish in one go!
  • Setup time: due to the agility in creating fields in Ploomes, the configuration time of the integration mapping is significantly reduced.

How to use

In the field integration and mapping configuration screen, in each section when adding a new field list, it will be possible to create new fields in Ploomes using a shortcut button.
