Our product team doesn't stop! In November we had four major updates to Ploomes.

Focused on improving the usability of the product on the desktop and on the integration with Sankhya ERP, the improvements are now available. Check out what they are:

Checklist Completion Guidelines

The “Fill in Information for Checklist Sections” feature is here to optimize your daily life in Ploomes CRM. Now, you can include completion instructions at each stage of the checklist, helping users fill everything out quickly and accurately.

Who is it available to?

It is available to all users.

Benefits

  • It speeds up the adaptation of new users.
  • Ask questions about each item on the checklist, avoiding pauses in the process.

How does it work in practice?

When registering a sale, if the checklist asks for “Business Approval Code” and you don't know what it is, now it's easy! The information will be there, ready for you to move forward without worry.

How to use?

When setting up a checklist, you can enter the instructions for completing it (if nothing is filled out, the tooltip will not appear).

“Last Updater” field in Proposal, Sale, Document, and Product

Now, under Proposals, Sales, Documents and Products, it will be possible to identify who was the last user who updated these records.

This functionality works in a similar way to the “Last Updater” field already existing in Customers and Deals, bringing more visibility and control to our users.

Who is it available to?

Customers who use Proposals, Sales, Documents, and Products.

Benefits

  • Greater transparency about who made the last modification.
  • Possibility to use the field in formulas and filters for approval flows.
  • More reliable and flexible history for analysis.

How does it work in practice?

The functionality allows the configuration of approval flows to filter actions performed by certain users.

How to use?

  • Products, Sales, and Documents: the “Last Updater” will be registered during edits made.
  • Proposal: the “Last Updater” will be recorded both in the edits and in the revisions made.

New ZIP Code and Telephone Masks

We are launching new masks for filling in zip code and telephone fields, bringing greater precision and standardization to forms!

Now, it will be possible to automatically format the data according to country-specific guidelines, both in the system and in external forms.

  • New telephone and ZIP code masks: Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and Peru
  • New CEP masks for external forms: Brazil, USA, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and Peru

Who is it available to?

It is available to all users.

Benefits

  • Easy to fill out, reducing manual errors.
  • Data formatted correctly according to the country.

How does it work in practice?

When filling in a telephone or zip code field, the data will be automatically formatted, as in the example:

  • Entering “5599999999" in Brazil changes to “(55) 9999-9999".

How to use?

There are no additional settings required. Just use the ZIP code and telephone fields in the system or in the external forms and the formatting will be applied automatically.

Item edit receipt trigger Note in the Sankhya integration

We're launching a feature to give greater control over Ploomes' Plug and Play integration with Sankhya! Now, it will be possible to configure the receipt of issues of ItemNote in Proposals and Integrated Sales, allowing only Header changes to be synchronized when desired.

This adjustment prevents data loss in unmapped fields, reducing rework and customizations.

Who is it available to?

Available to all customers using Ploomes' Plug and Play integration with Sankhya.

  • Fewer customizations and manual adjustments during implementation
  • Improved customer satisfaction with a more stable integration

How does it work in practice?

Imagine an administrator configuring the integration so that only changes to the Header of a Proposal or Sale are received.

In this way, data from specific, unmapped fields is preserved, ensuring an experience more aligned with the needs of each customer.

How to use?

On the Plug and Play integration configuration screen, in the Proposal and Sales and Sales Note sections, it will be possible to enable the ItemNote Receipt Trigger.
