Ploomes doesn't stop evolving. From now on you can follow our latest updates every beginning of the month.

As can be seen below, we have several new features for the Ploomes app. To access all of these features, ensure that the app is up to date.

NOTE: If you've configured your device to receive automatic updates, just make sure you're on the most recent update.

Field filling via audio in the App 

Have you used Ploomes' audio-to-text transcription feature? It was already available in the browser version and now you can also use it in the app!

Streamline the recording of detailed information in the CRM, quickly and efficiently, for multiline fields by clicking on the microphone icon. This makes it easier not to miss anything when you've just spoken to the customer at meetings, visits, or when your hands are busy.

In addition, it is an important feature to make the app more accessible to people who have difficulty typing or have some visual impairment.


Increase in the checklist column

Do you want to make it easier to view the information that is on the Ploomes checklists? Now you can increase the column size in the CRM, having a better layout of the information for viewing and filling out checklists. ‍

Access a Business or Customer from the web version and click on the arrow next to the title of each section to expand or collapse it!


More Proposal, Sale, and Document actions in the App 

We're bringing more Proposal, Sale, and Document features to the app so you don't miss the window of opportunity with your clients being anywhere.

With this new feature, you can perform actions that were previously only available on the Web, such as winning and losing proposal deals, and updating proposal, sales, or document data and templates.


More filter and search options in the App

As you can see, we have several improvements to make the app more agile and practical. The new thing here is that it is possible to apply filters on the Clients and Tasks screens, filter and search on the Proposals screen, and search on the Business screen.


Tasks of the day in the app

Keeping track of your tasks is easier than ever. Create, edit, and track the progress of your day's tasks and activities directly on the app's home screen.


Improved call interaction record in the App

When you make calls using the Ploomes phone field, the app will now ask you if you want to register the call.

What does that mean? For management: greater visibility of team activities. For sellers: creating interaction records in an easier and faster way.


Search by email template 

Now, whenever you send or reply to an email, you can find the template you want quickly and easily.

Just type the model name in the search field and it will appear immediately.

Save time in your communication process by avoiding the need to scroll through the list until you find the right model.


In-App Support Center

Do you need to activate the bracket but are you away from your computer? You can now access the Support Center from the app using the menu. So it is possible to ask questions from anywhere!
