Another step to make Ploomes integrations even faster and more practical.
The project aims to optimize the search for information within our app. Now, users will have a faster and more efficient search experience, making browsing even more fluid.
Who is it available to?
Available for all accounts.
Benefits
- Improved Search: It's now easier to find what you need in relation to the Modules and their fields within the app;
- Greater Efficiency: Faster and more accurate answers to the search, saving time and making the experience more pleasant.
How to use?
- Go to the App Store or Play Store
- Perform the requested update so that your app is at version: 5.2.0
NOTE: If you've already configured your device to receive automatic updates, just make sure you're on the most recent update in your device store. Ready!
Search for records on Ploomes by Sankhya ID
It is now possible to search Ploomes directly using the Sankhya ID, such as Partner Code, Product Code, or Number. Unique for quotes and requests.
This improvement optimizes the use of the Sankhya integration, making it easier to find customers, deals, documents, and products.
Who is it available to?
For all customers using the Sankhya Plug and Play integration.

- More agility in the search for integrated information.
- Elimination of the need for manual filter settings.
- Increased satisfaction using the Ploomes + Sankhya integration.
How to use?
Access the search field on Ploomes and enter the Sankhya ID of the desired item. The search will return the corresponding records, if any.

Sending notification in approval flow
It's a new feature that allows you to configure email notifications in approval flows.
As a result, those responsible are informed whenever there is a proposal, document, or sale awaiting approval, with direct access to the item through the link in the email.

This functionality is available to all customers.
Benefits
- Reduction of delays in approval processes.
- Better visibility and organization of approval flows.
How to use
- Set up the approval flow.
- Enable email notifications for approvers.
- Generate proposals/documents/sales that fall into the configured approval flow.
Editing fields created by integrations
It is now possible to edit the fields automatically generated by the native integrations (plug & play). This update brings greater flexibility for adjustments such as mandatory, linking values between fields, and even conditional visibility.

For all administrator users (account administrators, support, and implementers).
