Ploomes optimizes deployment processes to focus on customer success

Making yet another move to increase customer satisfaction with the use of CRM, Ploomes now has a new team structure prepared to welcome new companies that purchase the software.

The methodology was based on models already proven by technology market giants, such as Spotify and Nubank, forming multidisciplinary teams to deal with specific demands. In this way, teams become more specialized in relation to the problems they need to solve and also streamline communication between the different areas that need to be involved.

This action is yet another optimization carried out to improve end user engagement with the platform. Founded in 2015 by Matheus Pagani, Vinícius Sampaio and Tiago Pagani, the CRM provider based in São Paulo emerged with the objective of solving one of the biggest problems that companies face with the platform: ensuring adoption by sellers.

“When we realized that many companies suffer from the engagement of the sales team in CRM, we decided that our mission would be to build a solution totally focused on this problem,” comments Matheus Pagani, CEO of Ploomes.

It is already being applied to all new clients who hire CRM and each team is named after a bird according to its objective. The Harpia team, which bears the name of the largest eagle in the world, deals with the largest projects. The Peregrine Falcon team, named after the fastest bird, takes care of projects that need agility. There are also the Picapau, Cockatoo and other teams that were created for specific objectives.
