No. The contractor may request the immediate interruption of services at any time.
In case of cancellation, are there any fines, terminations, or other charges?
There are no fees, fines, or other charges related to account cancellation.
In case of cancellation, do I lose my data contained in the system?
No. The contractor can (as often as they wish) export their data from Ploomes.
Can I get my bill adjusted?
Yes. The adjustment is limited to FGV's IGPM index (inflation).
Is there any way for my company to generate a debt with Ploomes?
No. As it is a prepaid system, there is no possibility of creating a debt. All other possible charges provided for by the contract require, before becoming charges, prior notice and awareness on the part of the contractor.
