“Refer and Earn Ploomes” Program Terms and Conditions

How does it work?

‍

You can indicate to the Ploomes team the email address and telephone number of employees of companies that may be interested in hiring the “Ploomes CRM” product. After the nomination, the Ploomes team will contact the indicated person. If the indicated company decides to join Ploomes CRM and pays the first monthly payment for at least 5 users, you will receive a bank transfer credit of UP TO R$5,000.00, according to the number of employees registered with the benefit in the indicated company.

• Above 100 users, you earn R$5,000;
• Between 51 and 100 users, you earn R$3,000;
• Between 21 and 50 users, you earn R$2,000;
• Between 5 and 20 users, you get R$500.

The person and email indicated must belong to one of those responsible for the business or technology area who are involved in CRM projects, such as Sales, Marketing, IT, or Executive Management. Example: if Lúcia from HR from EMPRESA SA is nominated and we contact her, but she refers Juliana from Comercial da EMPRESA SA and that company signs the contract with Ploomes, the indicator will not be able to receive the prize. In this case, only if the person had indicated Juliana from Comercial da EMPRESA SA using the campaign form would be eligible to receive the prize.

It is important to maintain the integrity and transparency of the process; thus, practices such as referring yourself, referring someone from your own company or company to which you are associated as a partner, or where the indicator himself uses multiple emails to make referrals, are not acceptable.

What about my credit?

‍

After confirming that the company you referred hired Ploomes CRM and made the first payment, you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of the payment and the request for your bank details via e-mail. Winners will be notified via email by the last business day of the following month in which the indicated company makes the payment.

‍

Other important information:

‍

- The referring person cannot be a collaborator of Ploomes or a partner of Ploomes;

‍

- If two people have referred the same employee or company, the one who indicated first will receive the credit, according to the records of the Ploomes registration system;

‍

- From the date of nomination in this campaign, the nominated company has a maximum period of 6 months to conclude the contract with Ploomes and guarantee the prize to the referee. After 6 months, the nomination will no longer be eligible to receive any prize;

‍

- The indicated company may not be registered with the CNPJ with the legal nature 213-5 - Entrepreneur (Individual), classified as a Microenterprise (ME) and/or Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI);

‍

- The email of the indicated person CANNOT be the same as the indicator;

‍

- The indicated email must be the same as the one used for hiring;

‍

- If the referring person has not had prior contact with the indicated person, the referral will not be counted;

‍

- Ploomes will only consider as valid the indications of companies that have an active CNPJ;

‍

- Ploomes will only consider as valid referrals from companies that have an expected credit score. Companies with a probability of default greater than 40% will not be considered valid for the purposes of this campaign;

‍

- If the company is already in negotiation with Ploomes before the nomination date, the prize will not be counted;

‍

- Campaign participants who demonstrate behavior indicative of fraud, bad faith, or any unlawful act will not be entitled to receive credit. In addition, Ploomes reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose conduct suggests evidence of fraud, even if such practices are not explicitly mentioned in this regulation. The credits due may be canceled if there is evidence or substantiated suspicion of irregularities.

This campaign is valid until today 14/11/2025 and may be changed, suspended, or canceled at any time by Ploomes.

‍

All doubts, differences, or situations not provided for in these regulations will be judged and decided, in a sovereign and irretrievable manner, by Ploomes for this purpose, whose decisions will be sovereign and irretrievable. Participation in this Action requires users to fully and unrestricted acceptance of this regulation.

The campaign will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, is elected to settle any dispute arising from the Action, with the resignation of any other court, however privileged.
